Want to be part of the Emo magic? Here’s your chance.

Auditions are September 9th and 10th at 9:00 PM outside room B120. That’s in the basement of the Academic Center (Rome/Phillips halls). You don’t need to show up both days, and it shouldn’t take more then about five minutes. Auditions are open to all male GW students, so if you fit the requirements and can sing, beatbox, or are just really emo then come try out! Be sure to prepare a one minute solo in the style of awesome.

Emocapella is back with their fourth annual Anti Valentine’s Day Show. Join us in hooded protest of the Hallmark Holiday that is Valentines day as we say “Fuck Hallmark”. If you’re in the area, its Friday, February 9th at 7:00 PM in the Mitchell Theatre (19th st in between F and E, NW). We’re bringing back two emo classics with Alkaline Trio’s “Enjoy Your Day” and Reel Big Fish’s “Where Have You Been?” and premiering emo’s newest rendition of Jack’s Mannequin’s “Dark Blue”.
