Patrick Hanley
Patrick came into this cruel world two decades ago and often wishes he never did.
He always says, “If there’s more to life than tears, then please let me know.” But seriously do. It would turn his life around. Until then, he spends most of his time writing critically acclaimed poems. His most recent collection, “The Color Black and I” has been described as “an awful mess of obscure self-pity,” but he doesn’t care what other people think. Besides, if he didn’t feel sorrow for himself; no one would. Ever.
In the words of Patrick, “Life is like a box of chocolates. And I’m allergic to chocolate.”
